| Guildelines for Participation |

| 1. Space Booking: |
| Application for space booking is to be filled in block letters and forwarded to ITPO in triplicate. |

| 2. Minimum Booking: |
Shell Scheme: 9 sq.mtrs
Bare Space : 36 sq.mtrs.
In the case of bare space, the stall should be constructed in such a way that the visibility of adjacent booths is not affected. The stall height should not be more than 2.4 meters. In case of any deviation, the drawing schedule should be sent to ITPO for approval. |

| 3. Shell Scheme: |
| Facilities provided under built up stand of 9 sq.mtr. are: one table/counter, three chairs, floor covering, facia with participant's name, 3 shelves/hanger bars, 5 spot lights, one 5 amp & 220V 3-pin socket, waste paper basket. |
| |
| 4. Allotment Of Stalls: |
| The booth will be allotted on first-come-first-served basis. |
| |
| 5. Payment Schedule: |
Booking with 25% payment of participation fee on or before - 30th September, 2008
Balance 75% payment on or before - 15th December, 2008 |

| 6. Mode Of Payment: |
The payment to be made by crossed demand draft drawn in favour of 'India Trade Promotion Organisation' payable at Delhi by national participants. Alternatively, payment could also be made at ITPO Regional Offices at Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai and Bangalore.
Foreign companies can send their participation fee through bank transfer to Citibank, Connaught Place, New Delhi, Account No.002157-012, Swift Code Number CITIINBX. |

Inauguration - 6:00 p.m. on 31st Jan 2009
Business Days - 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM on 1st -3rd February , 2009 |

| 8. Terms & Conditions of Participation: |
| Participation in the Exhibition would be governed by the RULES & REGULATIONS indicated. |

| 9. Importation of Exhibits: |
| Foreign Participants and Indian Agents of foreign companies will be given the facility of temporary duty free import of exhibits subject to custom regulations , execution of bond , provision of bank guarantee as advised by Customs. |
